- Corrigé un problème où le redimensionnement de matériel 4:3 à 1080p produisait une dimension incorrecte
- La traduction pouvait échouer silencieusement en cas de manque de mémoire : elle génère maintenant une erreur
- L'utilisation de la mémoire pour la traduction a maintenant été réduite d'environ 1,5 Go
- Ajouté un nouveau mode CLI pour les utilisateurs enregistrés, couvrant toutes les fonctionnalités, en bêta (voir le manuel)
- Corrigé un bug avec des caractères non-ASCII sur des lecteurs réseau
- Extraire l'audio fonctionne maintenant également lorsque la source est un dossier VIDEO_TS ou un fichier .dvdmedia

I've been using MDRP for a long time now and it's the only to go the distance. Mac the Ripper is gone, Rip is gone, DVDRemaster was merged into MDRP. I don't use the HD features (most good players have built in high quality upscaling) as it slows down MDRP a lot but am happy there's an M1 optimised version ready when I need it. Jumped from v7 or v8 to v10. Always fair upgrade pricing once a customer.

I said that customization needs to be improved but only because MacUpdate demands an improvement point. I supposed allowing us to handtweak the HandBrake encoding algorithm could be useful.

This was clearly the best app for simple ripping of one’s DVD collection. It has great options for lossless preservation and also for phone friendly versions. Many processes can be automated, which is a real time saver. It gave rock solid performance. I got confused a couple of times about how various features worked and the developer got right back to me. It honestly couldn’t have been better and I feel so lucky that I finally found this app after lots of dead ends elsewhere

I couldn't tell you what I think of it because it's been trying to rip one track off this one DVD for nearly 45 minutes. After testing out the trial version, I stumped down $30 for the paid version, which has been godawful. Will be trying an old copy on my Intel MacBook Air under Sierra to see if it's any better; otherwise, I'll be trashing this crap and getting my $30 back.
Is there not a single one of these dime-a-dozen crippleware try'n'buy DVD rippers out there that isn't a total piece of crap?

Like many of the comments, this program made my nearly blind life a lot better. After getting the movie into Apple TV I'm able to manipulate it so I can read it on a fifty-inch tv monitor. And I can watch a movie while working on my book. With few exceptions, it has been there ready to do its job. In my small world, this helps a lot.

Hey all,
I've used MDRP off and on for several years. I have always appreciated the reliability of the software, and have usually paid the upgrade price on new versions. This year I'm a bit hesitant though to pay because it looks like the main features are geared to improved performance on Apple Silicon Macs, and I have an older Intel based iMac. The other thing is, I primarily work with Blu-ray now for video, and have also been using MakeMKV for quite a few years for both DVD, and Blu-ray because it's a good way to get a full quality copy of the movie for solutions such as Plex Media Server. With this said, the only feature that MDRP really still offers me over MakeMKV is the ability to create an .iso from a DVD for duplicating purposes. Is there anything else at this point that would keep me updating and using the software? Maybe something I've overlooked? Thanks for any feedback.
